McDowell Landscape Services will create a unique landscape design, which is based on the combination of Mark McDowell’s experience, education, creativity and each customer’s individual desires & needs. Many factors are considered for each project, as each one is different. Long term growth, cold hardiness and sun exposure are just a few items that need to be taken into consideration. Once the design is complete, the project will be scheduled for installation.
